Twenty-two folks showed up for our in-person meeting at the Lucky Lab Beer Hall on March 10th, scrubbing the sleep from their eyes as we all worked to get over Spring Forward and find some appetite an hour earlier than normal for lunchtime.
But it was worth showing up, as we had special guests Lamy Dark Lilac New and Old visiting us, and lots of attention was paid to those samples. In addition, there was an extra treat of chromatography paper and there were lots of smiles associated with seeing how the inks being tested separated. Some pens may have changed hands. Hobbies outside of pens (they do exist) were discussed, and a sourdough starter was handed off.
