PDX Pen Club is hosting the Portland-area Pelikan Hub again this year.
Registration is now closed at Pelikan-hubs.com. Registration closed Aug 21st. Registration was required to get entry & information on where the hub is located.

- How do I know I am registered?
- You should have received an email confirming registration from “Pelikan Hubs 2025” (hubs@pelikan.com) with the subject line “Pelikan Hubs 2025 | You are successfully registered!”.
- If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder.
- Please make sure you used a correct, valid email when registering! Historical problems have resulted with people misspelling their email addresses. If you haven’t gotten a confirmation email, then your hubmaster will not receive a working email for you – and you will miss out on email communications.
- Have the hubmasters sent any emails to attendees yet?
- The 2025 Hubmasters have sent the following emails:
- On 9/6/25 2:42PM: Confirmation you are on the participant list received from Pelikan. Notifications to the PDX Pen facebook and google groups have also been posted.
- On 10/4/25 6:23 PM: Confirmation of venue
- On 10/14/25 12:38PM: Reminder of venue, agenda, photos to help with navigation.
- The 2025 Hubmasters have sent the following emails:
- Will the Hub be in the same location as last year?
- No. We have outgrown our historical space for the Hub, which we love but we were at maximum capacity in 2024 and have grown as projected in 2025.
- The new location has been shared with registered participants in emails from the Hubmaster. The location will not be posted on a public forum and is not to be shared until the hub has actually started.
- Location is on the west side of Portland.
